What is a Gold Plan? What will it give me that the Silver plan wont?
The Gold Plan is all inclusive. For someone who is serious about training to a certain level & wants regular & unlimited access to coaching advice. Again the Gold plan starts out with an initial assessment gathering all the relevant information we need to put a plan in place specific to you for the month ahead. Your level of fitness & what you want to achieve will be taken into account. Your plan will have accurate target times. Again you will be provided with a race plan for that month. Your Gold race plan will have unlimited advice & a strategy for how you approach each race taken on in the month.
Your Gold Plan allows you to avail of running economy analysis, warm up & cool down advice. The Gold plan will give you a core strength & conditioning plan to follow. I cannot stress the importance of Core Strength no matter what sport you are involved in. Your Gold Plan includes Nutritional tips & advice. Exercise & nutrition go hand in hand if you want to be the best you can be. You will also be able to avail of heart rate monitoring advice that will help you understand your body & how it is responding to your training. The Gold Plan has the benefit of unlimited correspondence & training reviews.
