Back by popular demand,  our 8 week running block for absolute beginners starts up again on Tuesday the 5th January 2021 @ 7PM in Mullingar.

This block is limited to pods of 15 and will sell out fast. This block must be booked & paid for in advance via this link.

This is an ideal block for those of you who struggle to run for more than a few seconds to a minute or so without getting out of breath.  Maybe you simply can’t get the hang of your breathing or feel like no matter how many times you try it just doesn’t get easier & you get no faster. Let us put the fun into running for you.

Having never ran before most people who complete this block can hope to complete a 5k by the end of the 8 weeks!!
Sessions ran by a fully qualified Running Coach
