What is a Silver Plan? What will it give me that the Bronze plan wont?

The Silver plan has everything the bronze plan has. Starting out with an initial assessment gathering all the relevant information we need to put a plan in place specific to you for the month ahead. We will take into account your level of fitness & what you want to achieve. Your plan will have accurate target times & a race plan you can achieve.

The Silver Plan differs to the Bronze as it includes 2 training reviews throughout the month. Also you have the reassurance that in the event of illness/ injury your training plan will be adjusted accordingly & an additional training review will be added.
The training reviews are key question & answers sessions with your coach to get the most out of your training & to help you with areas you are struggling with. Most importantly the more input you have from your coach the more motivated you will feel!! When you know your progress is being monitored you will always try harder & improve more.

Additional training reviews on this plan are charged at €15
