One to One Coaching
Our One to One Coaching allows us to give you all the attention you need.
With one to one coaching you get a very personalised and thorough training session. Personal plans can be drawn up and monitored with much greater accuracy as the coach gets to know YOU a lot better. During the sessions you are a lot more likely to push yourself, as it’s just you and the coach. Feedback and advice is continuous and immediate.
